Cardi B added another major fashion moment to her growing runway history as she walked the Vogue World Milan 2026 runway during Milan Fashion Week on September 22. The rapper joined a long list of models and celebrities for the Vogue event, held inside Milan’s historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
Her appearance was more than a celebrity cameo. Cardi took part in the show itself, walking alongside established models and other famous faces as Vogue World celebrated Italian fashion and craftsmanship.
Cardi B’s Vogue World Milan look

For the Vogue runway at Milan Fashion Week, Cardi B wore an archival Versace dress from the brand’s Spring 2018 collection. The colourful design featured pop-art versions of past Vogue covers, making it a natural fit for the show’s Patterns section.
She paired the dress with gold Tiffany & Co. Bone cuffs covered in diamonds and Versace shoes. The result was a bold look that leaned into the colourful, maximalist side of Italian fashion.
The Versace choice also carried some history. Donatella Versace’s Spring 2018 collection paid tribute to her late brother, Gianni Versace, and revisited some of the fashion house’s earlier designs and prints.
Cardi B has walked a runway before
Although the Milan appearance was a major moment, it was not Cardi B’s first time walking in a fashion show.
She made her runway debut in 2023 at Balenciaga’s Pre-Fall 2024 show in Los Angeles. For that appearance, she walked down a street in Hancock Park wearing an oversized blue furry coat. The Wion

Her latest appearance shows how naturally her music career has crossed into fashion. Cardi has spent years appearing at fashion events, working with major designers and becoming known for eye-catching red-carpet looks.
A star-filled Vogue World runway
Cardi B was far from the only celebrity on the runway. Jennifer Lopez, MGK and Alicia Keys were among the other well-known names involved in the Vogue World Milan event. Gigi Hadid opened the show, while established models including Vittoria Ceretti and Mariacarla Boscono also took part.
The event was held on the first day of Milan Fashion Week and explored different periods of Italian fashion, with a focus on craftsmanship and the history of Made in Italy.
