Winter is coming, and I know what you’re thinking. Cold weather, dry air, and indoor heating are about to wreak havoc on your skin. While these are all true, it is also true that what you eat can make a huge difference in how your skin looks and feels during the winter months.
Instead of spending a fortune on fancy skincare products, you can start eating fruits that will support my skin from the inside out. Yes, simple, delicious fruits can give you that glowing skin you want all winter long. Let me share five fruits that have completely changed my winter skin game.
1. Oranges
These juicy fruits are loaded with vitamin C, which is essential for keeping your skin bright and youthful. Vitamin C helps your body produce collagen, the protein that keeps your skin firm and smooth. During winter, your skin loses moisture faster, and vitamin C helps fight that damage.
2. Kiwi
