Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, and Prince Harry are currently working on the production of two new shows for Netflix
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, and Prince Harry are continuing their work with Netflix.
The streaming giant confirmed to CNN on Thursday that the couple’s Archewell Productions has two new nonfiction series in production at Netflix as part of a multi-year overall deal signed in 2020.
The initial series, overseen by Meghan, will explore the pleasures of cooking, gardening, entertaining, and fostering friendships, as per Netflix's description. This initiative follows the revelation of her latest business endeavor, seemingly a lifestyle brand titled the American Riviera Orchard.
Meanwhile, the second series, as stated by Netflix, will be predominantly filmed during the US Open Polo Championship in Wellington, Florida, offering audiences unparalleled insights into the realm of professional polo.
Both programs are currently in the initial phases of development, with their titles and release schedules set to be disclosed at a later time.
Netflix has previously collaborated with the couple on three additional factual series, notably "Harry & Meghan," which delved into their interactions with the royal family and their transition to the US post their departure from royal duties.
Furthermore, the streaming service produced "Live To Lead," a talk series highlighting global leaders, and "Heart of Invictus," a documentary series centered around the event and institution with Prince Harry as its founding patron.
